A Cozy Sourdough Workshop with Claire
Back by popular demand! A friendly, demo-style class that takes you from flour and water to a beautiful loaf—no experience needed. Claire will walk you through every step: how to keep a healthy starter, mix and autolyse, stretch-and-fold, judge bulk fermentation, shape and score, and bake at home (Dutch oven or sheet pan). You’ll learn how to plan your baking schedule, choose flours, adjust hydration, and fix common issues like dense crumbs or flat loaves. We’ll cover tools you actually need (and what you don’t), plus a Q&A for any troubleshooting before leaving! You’ll leave with an active take-home starter & the confidence to bake your first loaf at home
